Invalid balance deduction

My mobile no is 9903164573 (pre paid connection) I had recharged my sim on 28.08.2009 amounting of Rs. 30.00 only without any call from my mibile balance came down to Rs. -4.00 and on 30.08.2009 I had recharged again of Rs. 20.00 and got surprised to check the balane before any call from my mobile slash down to Rs. -9.35 only. Here, I am requesting The Nodal Officer to look at this matter and awating for response, otherwise I shall give up Bharti Airte's sim.
