Mobile were discontinue but ecs deduction continue

I have above two mobile numbers which were descontinued immidetly. I have fill he ECS form and requested Airtail to give request to ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD to debit the amount to my credit card. In spite of discontinuation of mobile the AIRTAIL HAS NOT INFORM TO CREDIT CARD DIVISION TO STOP DEDUCTION OF MINIMUM CHARGES OF Rs.335 for each mobile. This matter was taken with dombivali gallary in Than District on 9thJan.09 and a written compained was lodge. They promised for immidiete action and informed me that the deduction will be stop and company will inform about refund.

No action is taken till date. I must get the refund.
