Dear sir,

I am somnath sarkar, from delhi. My home town is in Bokaro, Jharkhand where my family is staying right now. We got Airtel land line phone (09931767740) few months back but they suddenly cut connection in the month of october when i was there. Airtel people said Your document has not been submitted.but we did it before.then after we re submit it in Chas branch they said ok come after few days time given by them. My father gone there they said it will take some more time. Today is 15/12/07.What the hale is this.we spend Rs. 2500/- now my phone has become useless. My father has given up. I am in delhi.
