Wrong tariff change

I dont really know where would this complaint end up at, but let me put it on anyways.. maybe it reaches the right ears...
I was on a limited usage tariff plan for airtel broadband connection.
and two months ago, i started receiving invoice on a changed tariff. when I expressed my concern to the call centre... & when it was identified that the change is implemented after they received an email from dare@gmail.com. when I told them this is not my email address... please check my registered email address & do the correction... they dont seem to bother about it... and go on to bill me once again on the higher tariff.
& they even chase me for payments... & payment agent is 'amit dubey' who is so dumb that even after repeating my concern... he just dont seem to hear anything... and keeps calling me like a fresh call all over again... there are instances when i have received 8 to 10 calls immediately after one another after i disconnected the phone after finding myself talking to a wall...
when i once again put an email telling airtel about my concern... the very naive response comes... attached are the details of new tariff... n very airtel-like .. they dont bother about addressing my original concern...
