Dear Sir,

I am a postpaid customer of Airtel since long time. Today I had a very bad experience with your payment collection person Mr. Himanshu - 9829531643 came to my house and I was not there at home that time and ladies were there instead of that he has started insisting for payment where as there is no due as on today. I am very much upset because of his behaviour. You can check my payment history you will not find any default. I am always making payment before due date.

Look into the matter and make sure that it should not happen again.
