Wrongly deduction of A/c Balance

On day of 31-12-08 Airtel deducted a sum of Rs. 20/-. same day i have received a msg that "portfolio manager service on airtel live. you have been subscribed for the next 7 days and charged Rs. 20/-.

But i do not use any service on airtel live. So in my significant, it is the very bad way to deduct rupes. I have already complain same day (31-12-08) same time (09:10 pm). my complain no is..3123152548600, complain recd.by Singha (w.b- bengal customer service center).

Last 9 days ago I fall the same problem. there deducted Rs. 5/- for same charges.

Here my question is, this formalite of a/c balance deduction RIGHT OR WRONG. If I use this service, then ok... but here i donot use this portfolio manager.. & deduct from my a/c.

Please I request to you, that continue deducte rupess from my a/c balance.

so please resolve my queary.

SO IN MY SIGHT AIRTEL IS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDER.
