Invalid balance deduction

Dear Sir,

My name is Arpita Roy.i am using airtel no.9903041600 since last 2 yrs. On date 31st march around 7:30 pm whn i checked my balance i saw Rs 20 has bn deducted. I enquired about it & asked to customer care they told u hv send ISD SMS bt i can confidently say u that i hv nt used my mobile after 2 pm nor given to anyone to use. I also asked the no. on which sms hv bn send bt they didnot provide. Maybe someone can hack my airtel sim or customer care r using my no.
