Poor Service & False Commitment

I have taken a unlimited GPRS connection from Airtel. But the signal falls quite offen and on lodging complaint no action has been taken and the amount charged for taking GPRS connection i.e., Rs.498.00 has not been adjusted for poor services. Apart from this the Airtel has started blocking the customer from directly interacting with the customer care executive for lodging complaint whenever a option is choosen for talking to the customer care executive a recoreded message comes "SMS Airtel" to 121.This is totaly harrasment to the consumers. I stay in Kolkata pin 700042 and I am facing this problem for long time. Please look into this problem.
