Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform your good office, I am Venugopal J from Tamilnadu (Chennai) I am a subscriber of Bharti Airtel from atleast morethan 3 years. My Airtel number is 9840356988 the purpose of using Airtel is good Network and Customer Care.

But presently it is very poor Customer Care, since i am in Student Plan and for per SMS 0.05 paise charge, Yestersday (07.05.2009) i have availed Booster22 pack after that per SMS became 0.50 paise charge, hence Booster22 Pack means every second call 0.50 paise will charge to any number. But now when i called Customer Care Executive they said only 10.00pm to 6.00 am only.

Whereas, no initimation for me regarding that, So my complaint Reference number 0508013636 and it will take five day to clear or get an solution of that, but previously within 48 hours we will get back the feedback from Customer Care.

Now a day its poor Customer Services, So i request your good office kinldy look it this and get back my SMS 0.05 paise charge and per call 0.75paise which me already using before Booster22 pack and past two month when i recharge with Booster22 pack my SMS 0.05 paise and per every second call is 0.50 paise charge.

I am wear that is it some thing wrong might happen in Customer Care Services, regarding your feedback only you want us to retain in Bharti Airtel future depends up on one and only you...?
