Wrong Information

Dear sir,

Myself Ankush Arora, and i am using Airtel mobile phone no. 991515158844. Airtel had giving us wrong information about the services. I had received a call from customer care regarding bill plan. And i wants to change my bill plan but they told me to call at 121 to change the plan. And they strickly told me your bill plan can be changed by today any time. But customer cares are saying that cannot be changed. They billed me on the same rent. they told me that will be changed on billing cycle. So the thing is they giving us wrong information for archive their target, but in between the end user has panalized.
