I have been activated hello tune on 2nd of may, due to low balance it was activated on low balance basis (Rs 10.00 for 10 days subscription) before completion of 10 days i already deactivate the service but on 10th day AIRTEL deducted my money (i.e. Rs 10.00) again. For this i was made a call to customer care and on 11th day they were ready to refund my money within 24hrs but they dont do so..then on 13th day i prefer to call again and they told me that I DON'T HAVE ANY HELLO TUNE SUBSCRIPTION AT ALL.

Its not a mater of money but the cheating they are making with much of customers.

What should i do now?
