CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER

HELLO
This is to inform you that, i am a customer of bharti airtel from the last several years, but right now i come to know that they cheated their customer like anything. In case of mine today 24'th june they deducted 30 rupees from my account due to downloading animation.but i never do so.they send me an sms from airtel customer services that shows i have been charged rupees 30 for downloading animation.but i didnot do so.when i am trying to reach customer care executive for further queries they are not able to help me out and they didnot refund me in this regard.so right now i need some help from yours to prevent all this scrabs.i think i am cheated by this bharti airtel.
