No connectivity

I am post paid subscriber since last 10 years. My cell no. is 9831025313 . Since last few months, i cannot receive any call when i enter my office at 9a, marquis street kolkata 700016 . Connectivity is ok elsewhere. Previously, i had no problem even in my office.

I have complained to Ms. Novnita sitting at your Park St office opposite Park Hotel. But she has been unresponsive.
