I had put request to disconnected postpaid service dated on 14-June. It was assured to me that services will get disconnected within 15 days. I took regular follow ups for the same in customer care. After that I got bill for three months & montly rentals are also charged in that bill amount but it was assured to me that monthly rentals will not be charged for disconnected time period.
