No action for Refundable money

I Rakesh Kumar, a student of MCA had applied for Broadband Internet Connection to Airtel. Airtel authorized agent writed my accommodation and I filled all the formalities and the agent accepted Rs. 500 cash as application money and provided one with a valid Receipt No. 746584 and my application form No. is DL-1823577. And he assured that connection will be done within three working days, but after 12 days he told my form was rejected reason as no connection was possible in the area due to technical reason and it and assured the we will get money refunded within on week but till date no cheque or cash is received and no words from the service provider.

As a student all my study material is available online and due to lack of money. I am not able to get connection from other service provider and my study is suffering. So I would to get compensation of Rs. 5000 from Airtel on the ground of not fulfilling its commitment to a genuine subscriber and study loss I am suffering due the mentioned reason.

So I am taking the action as I don’t want other subscriber suffer due to a wrong doing by the service provider to a consumer.
