Illegal deduction of amount through SMS service which I never gave persmission fo

Hi,

I am owner of prepaid mobile no 9880422702. On oct, 2 AL Entertainment deducted a sum of Rs15

from my account. According to the sms I was charged for a service that they provide. I had never

given consent for this service. On talking to customer care on 3 oct they reverted the sum back to my account.

But on the same day I received another sms from AL Entertainment about deducting Rs10 for health service.

Needles to say I had never given permission for this. Now I am unable to reach customer care either.

Please look into this.
