Disconnection inspite of payment made

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I wish to report that Airtel is the worst service provider and inspite of having a customer care unit - there is no CARE being shown.

Last week of August, I called up there customer care unit to inform on non-reciept of bill for month of Jul -Aug. I was assured that bill would be send by first week of September.

Meanwhile I got almost three to four calls everyday for payment and all the time the customer care executive was informed that bill was not recieved by me.

Dtd 17sep, I wrote e-mail to customer care mail-id. I recvd sms over phone 17sep evening that my outgoing services would be withdrawn .18sep I wrote a mail to appellate officer for same issue.

dtd 18sep outgoing calls were stopped . 21Sep, I got call from Ms Aarti Handa on same matter and my outgoing was made active. Also was assured that bill wd be send within 05 working days. Again 25sep my outgoing calls were stopped. I wrote to Ms Aarti on non -reciept of bill.

Dtd 29Sep, outgoing calls were made active.

Dtd 29 Sep, bill was recieved and payment was send by courier to the Circle office mentioned on bill &-gt;Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi. This was informed by mail as well to Ms Aarti.

Dtd 05Oct, even my incoming calls were stopped and SIM was made inactive.

This is pure harassment from the service provider.
