Unsatisfactory mobile office especially false speed claims

Dear Sir,
I am having mobile connection of airtel no. 9810315001. Since september
I have activated mobile office service but had problems
of low speed. Before activating the service, I was informed that the
browsing speed is 35-40 kbs/s and if the handset is edge-enabled, the
speed will be 105kbs/s. But getting only 6-8 kbs/s browsing speed. This
problem is faced in all areas.
I wrote to the nodal office and even called them up many times but they have not given any complaint number and since 15 days no action has been taken. One or two times call came saying they would arrange for a visit to detect what is the problem but no one has contacted and more than 15-20 days have passed. Attached is copy of letter written to the nodal officer.
Would request yourself to take up the matter with the airtel authorities.
