False bill sent to me

I was disconnected my Mobile no. 9810835527 on completion of under plan of two years i.e. Nov. 2007 on my request and his after I receive a legal notice on my current Mobile No. 9868966321 on dated 23.04.2008 at 3.00 PM as urgent pay your bill pending at 4.00 PM on same date i.e. 23.04.08 otherwise you go to tishazari court. so I paid a false bill. so you are requested to arrange the real bill and refund my excess payment.
