About non receive of sim card

Dear sir,

On 18 may your companies executive miss swati 9321941607 and miss sangutha 9987116609 explain me the plan for governemt servents and register for sim card and take the cheque of rs599/-cheque no 447233 and tell me that at that time unavilablity of xerox of sim card they give me the sim card at next day, after that i was contact with her but there is no responce, now at about after 15 days there is no sim card for me. there is missgauide from your marking exucuties. due to this the beliveness on your company shoud less and also i am now doubt ful about the plan which she explian to me. your executives are cheater . please send me the sim card as ealry as possible.
