Deduction of balances

I am using airtel prepaid card no. is 98983 70176, 99745 66475 & 98986 31168 (used by mine and my family) since from 2005.

I marked and observed that from last 1year to 6 month airtel services is very very poor and customer care services is thrid class. Now, I tired to complain daily for deduction in my main account. whenever i recharge of Rs. 222 or 555, The value Added services start automatically and deduct our balances hafazard which has not any base.

Now its too much on 9th March its deduct from my account Rs. 184/- Kindly help us and give me right direction for come out from this types of harsh.
