Dear Sir,
I have been with Airtel since the day it was launched in the country. We had bought about totally 10 connections from Airtel. We paid a premium amount for each new nnumber that we purchased.
We were very paitent with Airtel and their services in the past though they made several mistakes. But now it has becomes a real pain to be with Airtel and their services. The customer care executives have gone worse services are deteriorating where the executives do not know how to behave or talk to customers. The customers are taken for granted. It is really pathetic to know that this is what a customers get inreturn to the loyalty towards the company.
I have made several complaints for no network in my office past two years. Even I have visited your head office in Malad as well as in Penninsula Chambers but it has been of no help. Just the same old stories and assurence given by the company that our problem will be solved.
Its a suggestion people Every company gives you a chance to make complaint but very few make up to the complaints that are made. But AIRTEL is not at all professional. I hope the complaint I have made does make some kind of change to peoples lives who are troubled..
