Hello Tune Service

My mobile number is 9831736162 and I have been using this number for quite some years now but I am now a highly dis-satisfied customer. I had a hello tune for the last 2 years and on 15th I received a call from an executive of airtel informing me about a new offer that for 90 days I have to pay 60 rupees. I accepted offer but clearly mentioned that I don't want the song to be changed to which I was given the assurance that it will not be changed. However, the same has been changed and now I am at a loss as again I have to spend money in order to find the song and activate that.

Even after calling me back, the customer care / nodal officer were not able to resolve my issue, instead they kept on asking me for the resolution.

This is not at all acceptable and would request your help in getting this resolved.
