I had disconnected my telephone connection with Airtel on 12 Jan. That day their system was down and hence they told me that they will close the account once the system is up.

If the records are checked then you will realise that there is no usage of the said line after this date. All dues were setteled via debit card payment of 959 Rs which includes the charges as said by the executive at the customer care center in goregaon west.

Now i have got a legal notice to settle the dues which actually donot exist. What kind of a business are these people running?
