Bharti Airtel Hexaxom
False promises on international roaming

Airtel shows that Bharti Hexaxom is their company and whenever you visit their website and select the circle as Rajasthan, they show their roaming partners in various countries. However i lost huge business and each time i go to these countries the roaming does not work. when asked to their call centre they inform that it is working (those agents just see the same website). Their circle officer, nodal officer, etc.. no one replies. and they just close the service ticket, since by then you are back in India! each time this happens. I have got proof from other mobile companies in those countries that they do not have roaming agreement with bharti hexacom and that it is with other bharti companies, belong to other circles like delhi, etc..

If they do not have a service why do they publish it on the website?
