Dear Airtel,
I has submitted the Name Tranfer Service request (Recieved at you vega centre, pune on 06.08.08). Its quite disgusting that you are not acting on this request for so many months now. I have to claim around Rs25000/- on official phone calls but in vain. This number was on my companies previous officer, Mr. Salil Tandon.
Phone nos 9960910000 and 9960610000.
I am a platinum customer, but never got any proper answer despite around 5 visits to your Vega Centre office as well as numerous call on 121.
