Ad service of the airtel frenchies

I get a new add on connection on 8/08 that sim was not supported any nokia hand set, i make a complaint at show room of airtel they said me that i have to paid 190/- Rs for that new sim that amount will be adjusted in invoice i agreed on that this was done on 11/08, but till now i did not get new sim to avail the services of airtel,

because of bad service i am fed up from airtel service,

if you help me to get rid of this tension & bad service then i am very thank ful to you.
