Unwanted value added services charged

Respected,

i am using mobile no. 9717048555, Accont No.102-102794557, issued in favour of my father in law Mr. G.L.Verma. For last few months unwanted value added servives like Hello tunes, Music On Demand, Chatting E.T.C are being charged in invoices. After checking invoice details i have to call the coustomer care people and they always tell that by mistake it has been charged in my account and they waive off with in 72 hours.

inspite of this they have repeated the same mistake in my September Bil number 815913578.

I believe this is Not only fraud But it is also a case of Harrasement.
