Subject: Internet connection Issue

Sir,

I wanted a connection of internet therefore I visited on your office on 11 April 09 and talk to Mr. Naresh Dabi (Sr. Officer-Sales/ Telemedia Services) he came my home and committed that your connection will done by 13 April 09 and he takes 600 Rs as installation Fee. I am regularly contacting him and every time he committed that I am on the way and your connection done by today EOD.and when we contacting him 20th April 09 he said that we are not able to give connection due to some technical difficulties when we told for solution he did not give proper answer and finally we told him for connection or refund our money he said that we refund your money.

So please give us connection or refund immediately
