Wrong Debits (Prepaid Cell Phone)

My mobile phone No. is 9890643948 (Prepaid- Nagpur, Maharashtra, India). There are some SMS from sender '290603', message centre 919892051914. These are unopted for and unwanted. They are followed by message debiting my a/c with Rs.3/- each time. I have complained with customer care centre on 12.08.09 to block such undesired and unopted for downloads and restore my balance. But there appears to be effect and the process still continues. Similar thing had happened in case of my wife's phone also. I am didsatisfied with this type of irresponsibleness and expect that my complaint be attended to, now atleast, immediately.
