My self RAM D CHINCHMALATPURE . Nagpur has complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd being refused to refund Deposit & invalid charges in bill

I got Airtel Post paid connection from Bhatri Airtel vide Form No3186036 dated14.06.09 from his Executive Mr Sawpnil Chaturvedi (Airtel No.0986048765 due to Airtel launching special Scheme Gold-800 (LA) he him self come to my home to introduce Airtel new scheme.

I need the new mobile connection that’s why I accept his offer & Paid Rs 800/- vide Cheque No. 1498224 HDFC Bank as deposits for post paid connection No.9503054189.He written all the facility & billing charges Back side of the form as he was committed

Thereafter I received bill Dated 27.06.09 amount of Rs 138.55/-, 27.7.09 Rs 467.35/- & Dated 27.08.09 Rs 703.76/- all three bill I didn’t paid up to dated because I don’t understand the billing how it is charges unnecessary in the billed, I call the customer care for explain there billing.

In during period Airtel Collection executive (Mrs Kamakhi –No 9730002092/0966539584 & Mr, Mahish Tiwari demanding me to paid bill charges but, both are not able to explain me to airtel bill how it has been charge to me. They also confused about bill.

Thereafter, they consult with there seniors & said that you paid your full & final bill amount Rs 704/- which I have paid full vide ch. No. 487559 Dt 17.09.09. & Rs 800/- which paid already while get connection it is refundable to me.

On the commitments of the both collection executive I paid full bill about Rs 704/- & in interest of continue my same Airtel no 9503054189 Mrs Kamakshi committee me to get new prepaid connection & refund my deposit Rs 800/- I believe on that but till date they don’t full fill their commitment

I suffer from this hopeless services so send E-maild to there authorities 1)

They replying that this is not refund you because this is already adjust bill dated 27.09.09 as Activation charges Rs 800/- but there is no condition of Activation charges while given connection, & how its charges this amount as activation charges I don’t understand & refused to refund said amount.

Further, I request all the above said authority in my second E-mail-but they

Again refuse; I found that they are not intent to refund deposit

Therefore, I have no option to lodge complaint for invalid billing charges & refund deposits against Bharti Airtle Ltd, I want to refund my deposit amount Rs 800/- And as per their statements they adjusted as activation charges than on what basis you charge Rs .800/- as activation charges.
