Barring of outgoing services even after receiving payment

Sir,

We have cleared the payments before due date for mobile numbers 9810332222, 9818900009, 9871919999, 9717332222, 9910442222, 9818600001 & 9818200002 vide cheque No. 152344 dated 07 December which was subsequently cleared on 10-12-09. Still outgoing of all these numbers have been barred by Airtel. Due to this we are facing many problem even the job of one of the employee is at stake.

Please take immediate punitive action against the defaulter.
