Not geting right information of your dele

Dear sir/Madam

I have recently taken a new mobile connection (no. 9890104442). from your dealer of aamby valley city near Lonawala. at that time your dealer named Mr. vinod told me that i will get choice mobile number but as i ped the cost of 250/- rs He activated the above mentioned no. without asking me. i told him severl time that i did not want that number. please change that mobile number. but now he said that you have to pay rs.1000 for same. dear sir do the needful in this matter or please disconnect that connection as early as possible.
