Bharti Airtel (Mobile Service Provider) India
Every day some charges are deducted from Pre Paid Balance

Dear Sir/Madam

This is in reference of my Mob GSM pre-paid connection bought under life time plan from Airtel Service Provider Mob No: 9960256901. My life time subscription is till 2021. For last 2/3 months following message is sent to me and almost every day Re.1 is deducted from my balance. The message is as follows:

" You've been renewed for (life packSubscription service on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Re.1"

We have never subscribed to any extra service and use mobile for incoming and outgoing only, even we dont send messages to any one or not even reply to any such promotional messages.

Request you to please intervene in the matter as we are average salaried family which try to bring down the mob expenses, but such unfair practices from the Service provider leads to heavy losses to us.

We request to Airtel to reimburse us all the 1 re that have been deducted in the past 2/3 months almost every day.
