Supervisor Prashant kumar was extremely rude..and matter of fact..no appologies for mistakes that has been done by airtel... I asked for his mgr... Mgr Sreekath repeated whtever Prashant had said and said "i have informed wht had to be informed" and hung up!!!

Is this customer service.

They took a double payment from me and not ready to gv a refund..they say refund policy is not there!!
