Hello,

My name is B.M. Khan. I am using Postpaid connection of Bharti Cellular (Airtel) since years now. I have two problems with the company.

1) Bill Amount is raising every month. When asked for an itemized detailed statement, the customer service executive keeps on transferring and keeping me wait. And ultimately, l landed no where and disconnected the call. Tried many times but same response.

2) In these few months, I have noticed this new trick of the company. They are sending the bill just 2 - 3 days before due date and if not paid in 2 - 3 days, then you have to pay the late payment penalty amount extra. Since months, it is happening with me. Last time, I shouted at the Airtel Relationship Centre and they took the payment only for the billing amount and not the penalty charges. But in this month's bill, apart from my billing amount, it is showing previous amount pending and under that, it is showing Late Payment Penalty charges for previous bill. I am really frustrated with this cheap act. Please help me by taking some strict actions against them.
