Bharti Airtel Prepaid
My prepaid connection outgoing is barred

I have taken one prepaid conntection with no.9894508912 on 7th of November in Tiruchirappalli Tamil nadu and given my Passport for Identity and Address proof (enclosed in this mail) and on 10th of Nov i got one call from customer care saying that i need to submit my address and identity proof again (i dont know why) than i submitted my passport copy with one photo in Thillai nagar Airtel outlet shop which is situated in 11th cross but unfortunately on 12th of november my outgoing calls was barred by Airtel saying that i have not submitted my proofs to Airtel, inspite i have submitted for 2 times and till now i am not able to make any outgoing call from my mobile.
