Bharti Airtel Prepaid connection
Unwanted debit for music

I have a prepaid airtel connection having mobile No. 98809 16905. Today the company has debited my account with Rs. 30/- for hearing music without my asking for the same. I dont want to hear any music out of the mobile. I want the amount to be re-credited tomy account immly and advise the company desist from debiting such amounts in future. I have been a customer of Airtel since 5 years and oflate disgusted with their unnecessary debits and calls to customers. Better the compny resist such things in future. Otherwise they may lose trusted customers like me.

I also hear unnecessary marketing calls from airtel regarding their products. I also would like to stop them sending such calls immly.
