Sim Activation not done

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased airtel sim on 19/04 and also submitted documents (pan card and light bill copy) on that day.on 21/04 i got call from airtel custmer care that we wont accept light bill copy you have to submit another document copy like driving licence or voter card so i said i will submit voter card xerox. Then on 26/04 i have submitted all documents with voter card copy in Borivali west Airtel relation center .since that day my sim card actvation not done.i have also twicely called up to airtel care. Please do needful.
