Bharti airtel service limited
Cheque of Rs500 not returned back

I have applied for airtel broadband connection 4 months ago. A person manoj kumar came to my home and collected a cheque of Rs500 & documents. And he said that connection will be given within 4 -5 days... He frauded and doesnot give the connection... and then i apply for refund of money i.e.cheque of Rs 500.

and i had gone to their office in chandigarh two times. and they said it would return in 1 month... n upto now 4 months have gone and the cheque is not yet returned to me... i m really helpless now... so i request you to plz solve my problem and returned my cheque to me at house no.16-C, sector 14, housing board complex, panchkula.
