Tariff Voucher not Working

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am a subscriber to Bharti Airtel prepaid mobile phone, No. 9760 760 260. I bought a tariff voucher to reduce my STD and Mobile charges for Rs 89.00 on 20-02 evening valid for 30 days i.e. till 20-02. The transaction ID is 423103471.

But to my utter dismay this tariff voucher stopped working from 21-02 morning. I complained to Airtel Office and also through email to the company. In a return email I was given a complaint number/ service request number& 0223471121 and assured that my tariff voucher would start working within 24 hours. There after I did receive two phone calls from a number in Lucknow assuring me that my complaint will be resolved soon. Even I myself called them up many times at their helpline number 121 and was assured that the service voucher will be restored with cumulative effect with full benefit and that my tariff voucher will be valid for one month from the day it is restored.

I regret that the tariff voucher is not restored till date though my complaint number remains the same which is 0223471121.

I now have to come to you for redressal of my grievance. I am enclosing the email I had received from Airtel office below this letter.
