Improper bill

Pls refer our sevaral discussion for waiver of Data card retal.

I have got confirmation of waiver, still it is appeared in my bill and also charged for last month bill.

It is being endorsed that, bills which are being sent to the customers are not genuine.

Let me expose your billing style which is a very clear proof of cheating.

1) In the plan provoded to me i am eligible for 150 Mins local calls free, According to my plan tarrif fo locl call is 50 paise. If we consider 50 paise / call then i muist get benifit of Rs 75, insted of Rs 30 as you are giving me in bills.(pls also ref my earlier bill)

2) I have been charged Rs 224 for SMS others, Kindly provode me customised report for the same. I know i have never used any other SMS facility.

Kindly provide me siutable solution with your confirm action. or else i will be forced to take up matter with TRAI and consumer forum
