I have applied for a new passport on the 15th of nov along with my previous old passport attached where as my file refrence number is W011524-07 but after enquiry and every other formalities i have not recieved my passport till date on enquiry I am being known that it will be delievered shortly but no time from are being provided and this has been going on last month.

I went to the regional passport office thrice and I do check my status online daily but I am said that it will be delievered shortly but sadly nothing has been done to comply my grieveance, hence I request before your kind authority to look into the matter and obliged.
