Dear Sir,

This is complaint regarding policy taken by me from Bharti Axa Life Insurance in March Policy no. is 500-0995844 and policy no 500-0995695 in name of Balvir Singh, the policy explained and taken by me is single premium policy and was told to me to pay only one premium, which by fraud company had given me policy of 15 years. I am a poor man and do not afford to pay any further premium.
