Dear sir

I Rahul chawla had taken a policy (policy no.500-3459202) from bharti axa in april but due to my personal problem i was not not able to continue this policy so according to IRDA guide lines or life insurance company rules and regulation i gave a request to bharti axa to cancel my policy and refund my money within a given freeluk period time but some of their employee without intimataion to me write a letter to cancel my request also he did my fraud signature, i again gave a request against this but they did not take any step towards my request. In july again i have given a request to return my money, even i complaint in customer care so many times and also in compliant unit in mumbai also.due to this company and their employee i have to suffer alot. I have to spend money to go their office, make std calls and also my time.but they never sopport me. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and take some strict action towards company like this.waiting for your early and positive reply.
