Dispute regarding trip to Dubai with Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company

I am working with Bharti Axa as an adviser from September. My adviser code is 01764604045068. I achieved a Dubai trip. The company did not inform me regarding the trip which is scheduled on 24th September. I visited the branch office and necessary information was supplied to the office to enable me to join this trip. I visited many times to the branch to know the schedule of this trip. I was always told by the branch, you will be given the information regarding this trip at the proper time. On 22nd September at 7PM Ludhiana office called me to inform me that the trip is on 24th September and your branch office (Yamuna Nagar) has not given us any information as such the VISA has not procured and ticket is being cancelled.
