Ad HR responce after leaving job- not recieved my full n final settlement from 6 months

Dear sir,

I was working with BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURENCE CO. from 15h of MAY -08 i worked there till 18th AUG. -08. I resigned on same day they accepted my resgnaion on immediate bases and promiced that i will receive my full n final salary chq.by post after 45 days. When i'm writing its 08/02/09 n till date i have not recieved any kind of payments from that company . when i tried to contact them they didnt reply in a good manner even. the branch manager has not given me weven proper reply. so request you to do some thing about this.
