Payment not Credited - Cheating

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have paid my airtel bill of Rs.1532 by my credit card on June 25th at airtel outlet in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and it is not credited in my account, and i have complained atleast 50 times, and i have also faxed the charge slip of credit card and finally they asked me to fax the credit card statement which i have again faxed, but till date no response from any one, i am being cheated, would request to responsible authorities to look into it & help me.
