Bharti took forcefully Rs. 1.25 lacks of rupees while leaving the service

The real name is changed in this complaint. rest of the story is true.

while i was working with Bharti (the Airtel company) 8 years back, they asked me to sign a bond saying that i have to pay Rs. 1.25 lacks of rupees if i leave Bharti in next 6 months, because they were applying for my visa to UK.

During this time, I got a better offer from another company and i joined the new company. Bharti forcefully took Rs. 1.25 lacks of rupees from me to give me the releiving letter. they threatened for a legal action.

my main point for the complaint is,

1. most good companies don't ask employees to sign such kind of bond.

2. i was asked to sign the bond forcefully, and was threatened that else i'll have to leave the company.

this post is to caution future workers for this company.
