Un due charges asked to pay

I have received a letter from Bharti Airtel Limited regarding Outstanding Dues on my Airtel no 9810272552. In this connection yesterday I had discussion with Mr. Rashid (Airtel Executive) to resolve the matter Mr. Rashid has commit me to arrange a call back to me within that 1 hours to know the status of Cell Number but till date i have not received any call from Mr. Rashid (Airtel Executive) several time i had give call to the given no. but every time the no. found busy or not responding. I have already paid all the dues in respect of my disconnected no. i dont know why they asking for dues of Rs. 886/- please help me to resove the problem.
